WHAT IS A TASK FORCE? ⇟⇟⇟

A task force is a small group, usually four to twelve people, that brings together a specific set of skills to accomplish a short-term task. It may be called a “project team” or a “working group.” But by whatever name, a task force exists for a specific, time-limited purpose, usually lasting a few months to a year.

1. There are four people in our group, And our job is to handle some children, And these 4 people are from us, And our job is to take care of them (EX, 1. Maintenance Associates, 2.Study Bolt, 3.Food zip and 4. And Top Discipline)

1. Maintenance Associates

• Provide the maintenance stuff like harpic, phenyl, washing soap, water heating rod, broom, extension board, mattress, etc.
• Provide eatable stuff like snacks.
• Ensure that the kitchen team will throw the waste food and garbage on the alternative days.
• Ensure the quarantine room should clean when the students finish their quarantine time.

2. Study Bolt

• Will check the study of each student.
• Provide them the study resource and coordinate with the campus T & P regarding their progress.
• Provides laptops and internet connection to the students.
• Coordinate with old students for teaching the new ones.

3. Food zip

• We, Will, provide food 10–15 minutes before every meal time, if the food will be late will ensure the students.
• Will serve khada and boil water every day.
• Ensure the drinking water should be there and if it will finish, with the help of the kitchen team they will provide water.
• Will provide the basic medicine if needed.

4. Top Discipline

• Will help the students in their travel.
• Will check the discipline of the quarantine students.
• Set the boundaries between the students and quarantine students and check whether they are in contact or not.
• Will decide the day to send the students to the hospital for the RT-PCR test and coordinate with them.

We all help Quarantine people, target there, and provide things as per their requirement, and also take care of their health, we want to help those people, so that it is safe, and we Very happy to do this, we will continue to help everyone in this way and continue to do so. So that our goal can be accomplished.
